Who we are

What data we collect

Only the data you send us through the contact form or by email: name, email address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message.

What we use it for

To answer your request and prepare a possible support proposal. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it to third parties.

Processors and retention

The technical provider that receives the form processes the data on our behalf. We keep the data for as long as needed to answer your request and meet our legal obligations.

Cookies

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. If Cloudflare audience measurement is enabled, it works without cookies and without identifying visitors.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to contacto@dimensao.pt. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD (cnpd.pt).
